REQUIREMENTS:

• Materials should cover the period from January 1 – December 31 and document the club’s outreach activity.

• The name and date of the publication should appear on each clipping.

• Present material in an organized fashion; securely fasten articles to pages and highlight key information.  It is permissible to provide ONE or TWO sentences (NO MORE) to explain a project or program.

• Cover should have name of club and contest year covered

• Front page should include:  name of club, name of contact person, number of club members, the city in which the club is located, population figures and local radio and television stations to which club news was sent.

• Use only ONE 8.5” x 11” binder

DUE DATE:  Hand delivered to GFWC of Massachusetts Headquarters by January 13, 2013 or mailed to and postmarked by January 14, 2013:
