Federation Topics is the official GFWC of Massachusetts publication.  It is published four times a year and articles should be submitted to the editor, Helen A. Joyce on the dates indicated below.  The publication also accepts advertisements, memorials and tributes.  You should find all the necessary information below along with links to forms.  Click here to download the Topics subscripton form.  Subscriptions are welcome at any time.  However, to receive all four issues payment should be received by July 1.

District Correspondent   Junior Membership Nancy Clark 9 Clarendon Street                         508-823-8193                          E-mail: GFWCMAJuniors@gmail.com Article Submission      Any District information shall be submitted by that District's Correpondent to the Editor.  If a district is without a correspondent, that Director or Chairman of Directors is to assume responsibility for collecting matyerial from the District and forwarding it to the Editor in the proper format.   Any report from a Department or Committee must be submitted by the Councilor to the Editor.  No information will be accepted by individual chairmen or member of a club.  Information may be sent by email, mail, or fax.      The Editor reserves the right to edit all material.  Photos should preferably be submitted with the original print, also email and jpeg.  Unless the photo was taken at a state meeting or function a processing cost of $5 per photo is to be submitted with submission whether via mail or email.  Event & names must be included on a separate sheet of paper, not on reverse side of photo.  Paper clips, staples, or tape should never be used to adhere information.
